Charles le Hodey

Charles le Hodey is currently the CEO and CRO at Traxxeo S.A., a SaaS scale-up focusing on digital transformation in the construction industry. Prior to this, Charles worked as an Associate Consultant at McKinsey & Company, leading strategy projects across various industries in Europe and Australia. Additionally, Charles has experience as a Business Analyst and Project leader at TOTAL Petrochemicals & Refining - Polymers Europe, and as the Head of Media Partnerships at Voice Polls. Charles also served as a Tutor and assistant professor at Catholic University of Louvain. Charles holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical and Materials Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance.
