Amy West

Amy West has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the software, hardware, and services industry. Currently, they serve as the Chief Operating Officer at TRAY since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Diebold Nixdorf as the Global Vice President for Software Maintenance & Support, PS, and SaaS Operations from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2021, Amy was the Vice President for Global Professional Services at SumTotal Systems, LLC, where they managed the full P&L for the global services business. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director at NCR Corporation from 2012 to 2017, overseeing customer engagement, solutions support, and services enablement. Amy started their career at Radiant Systems Inc. in 1998 and served as the Director for Product Maintenance, Customer Success, and Operations until the company was acquired by NCR in 2012.

Amy West earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Carroll University between 1989 and 1993. Amy later completed the NCR Emerging Leader Program at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Amy obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2016.
