Heather Moore, CIR, has over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as Sr Team Lead/Professional Engineering Recruiter at TRC Talent Solutions since September 2007, Heather has a strong background in various roles including virtual Administrator at the Precision Metalforming Association and Assistant at Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Earlier experience includes positions as an Independent Consultant with Pampered Chef and Research Analyst at J Walter Thomson, where Heather focused on HR trends and developed marketing materials.
