Bill Bissell

Bill Bissell, CPA, currently serves as the Vice President & Controller at TRC Staffing Services. He has been with the company since July 1998, starting as a Controller before moving on to his current position. Bill earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Georgia Southern University between 1986 and 1991.
