Nadia Cardinale

Nadia Cardinale is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at TRC Companies, Inc. since July 2024. Previously, Nadia held various roles at Miso Robotics, including Vice President and Director of Human Resources, as well as Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Barksdale Control Products and Human Resources Business Partner at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, where Nadia started as a Human Resources Intern. Nadia earned a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.
