Nigel Russell-Smith

Nigel Russell-Smith is an experienced professional in the GIS sector, currently serving as the GIS Business Unit Director for EMEA at TRC Companies, Inc. since February 2024. Previously, Nigel held the same title at Locana from February 2022 to August 2024 and prior to that, held multiple leadership roles at Critigen, which is now Locana, from October 2009 to February 2022, including Business Unit Director, Programme Director, and Senior Project Manager. Nigel's career also includes experience as a Project Manager at CH2M HILL from January 2002 to October 2009 and as a Managing Consultant at Equador Consulting from 1994 to 2002. Nigel earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College London between 2004 and 2005.
