Kuan-Lun (William) Chu

Kuan-Lun (William) Chu, PhD has over seven years of experience in research and teaching. In 2021, they began working as a Scientist I and Postdoctoral Researcher at Treadwell Therapeutics, Inc. in the Cell Therapy Division. In 2020, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at University Health Network. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Graduate Student Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto. Kuan-Lun (William)'sresearch as a Graduate Student Researcher focused on the regulation of T cell responses in the lung during influenza virus infection using mouse models. As a Teaching Assistant, they were responsible for term paper evaluation and exam invigilation for the undergraduate immunology course IMM250. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Sunnybrook Research Institute (University of Toronto). Kuan-Lun (William)'sresearch focused on identifying factors regulating cellular ligands for natural killer cells.

Kuan-Lun (William) Chu obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology from the University of Toronto in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science (Honours BSc) in Immunology from the University of Toronto in 2014.
