Max King has a diverse work experience with a focus on customer success and media management. Max is currently working as the Director of Global Customer Success at Treasure Data since October 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Customer Success at the same company from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior to joining Treasure Data, Max worked as a Sr. Customer Success Engineer and TAM at Treasure Data from June 2019 to July 2021.
Earlier in their career, Max worked as a Media Supervisor and Sr. Media Manager at 360i from March 2018 to May 2019 and from April 2017 to March 2018, respectively. Max also gained media management experience at Performics, where they worked as a Sr. Media Manager from January 2017 to April 2017 and as a Media Manager from January 2015 to April 2017.
Max started their career as a Media Coordinator and Media Intern at IgnitionOne, where they managed paid search accounts for top-tier clients. Max also held various roles at Sweetwaters Coffee And Tea, The Wurst Bar, Zingerman's, Eastern Michigan University Housing, City of Ann Arbor, Buhr Park Pool and Ice Rink, and Lake Trust Credit Union, gaining experience in team leadership, customer service, and office administration.
Max King completed their high school education at Ann Arbor Pioneer High School from 2004 to 2008, earning a High School Diploma. Max then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing at Eastern Michigan University from 2008 to 2012.
