Andy Wade

Andy Wade serves as a Senior Human Resources Partner for the Johnson County, KS Government since July 2022. Previously, Andy held positions including Process Manager at Hallcon Corporation, where responsibilities included managing specialty railroad staffing projects, and Human Resources Business Partner at Brillient Corporation, providing HR services to a federal contractor. Andy's extensive military experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager with the US Army 1st Recruiting Brigade and Operations Manager overseeing strategic HR initiatives for a regional area. Also, Andy has experience as a teacher at the US Army Recruiting and Retention College and began a career as a Recruiter and Cavalry Scout. Andy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a concentration in History from Southern New Hampshire University.
