Randie Douse

Randie Douse has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Youth Development Specialist at the Boys and Girls Club of Spokane County until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Randie worked as a Customer Service Manager at Stay Alfred. Randie then transitioned to the role of People & Culture Manager, SR at Stay Alfred from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, Randie became an HR Business Partner at Gonzaga University, where they worked until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Employee Success at Treasury4, starting in 2021.

Randie Douse has a diverse educational background. In 2022-2023, Randie attended Whitworth University, where they completed the Whitworth Leadership Institute and focused on the study of leadership. Prior to that, Randie obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from Eastern Washington University from 2012 to 2014. Randie's educational journey began at Spokane Falls Community College, where they earned an Associate's Degree between 2009 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Randie holds two additional certifications. They obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from iPEC Coaching in February 2020 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in January 2017.
