Brian Boldt has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Brian began their career in 1996 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Lam Research Corporation, where they managed all financing and treasury activities. In 1997, they moved to Aspect Communications Corporation as Manager of Financial Operations, where they restructured all treasury operations and developed and implemented a comprehensive Investment Policy. In 1999, they joined Ariba as an eCommerce Deployment Advisor and Treasury Manager, where they co-led the start up of an eCommerce Deployment department and led an elite team charged with business development of Fortune 100 companies. In 2001, they moved to U.S. Bank as Vice President of Business Development, where they held lead Sales roles in Corporate Payment Systems. In 2004, they joined PGI Companies, Inc. as Executive Vice President with full P&L responsibility for the development and ultimate spin off of the largest growth division of PGI. In 2007, they moved to Smith Barney as a Financial Advisor, where they developed and implemented business plans targeting Small business owners, Corporate Executives and high net-worth individuals for wealth management. In 2009, they moved to Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor, where they developed and implemented business plans targeting Private company stock option plans, Corporate Executives and high net-worth individuals for wealth management. In 2011, they joined E*TRADE Financial as a Relationship Manager and Private Client Group Financial Consultant, where they educated, marketed, and sold SaaS based solutions for publicly traded companies and managed implementations within their assigned territory. In 2015, they moved to Redhawk Wealth Advisors as Senior Vice President of Operations, where they were responsible for overall operations to support their current and future business lines. In 2016, they joined Treasury Curve as Senior Director of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Experience, where they were responsible for the company's "Your Treasury Department in the Cloud" service.
Brian Boldt obtained a Master's degree in Finance, General from the University of St. Thomas. Brian then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Brian also holds a Series 7 certification.
