Dr. Hilik Marom DVM has a diverse work experience in the field of veterinary medicine. Dr. Hilik is currently the Co-Founder & Chief Veterinary Officer at Treat group Ltd., where they lead various research and development initiatives and oversees the company's research activities. Prior to this, they served as the Chairman of the Israeli Companion Animal Veterinary Association, representing veterinarians in various Knesset committees and promoting relevant legislation for veterinary medicine in Israel. Dr. Hilik has also worked as a Clinical Research Fellow at Tel Aviv University and as a Medical Director at VET HOLIM. Dr. Marom has valuable experience in clinical research, having served as a Clinical Research Associate at the Sackler School of Medicine. Additionally, they served as the Chief Veterinarian at JSPCA, where they established a veterinary medical center and managed a team for the well-being of the residents of Jerusalem and the surrounding area.
Dr. Hilik Marom DVM completed their undergraduate education from 1991 to 1994 at Bar-Ilan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology/Animal Biology. Following this, they pursued further studies at the University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice from 1994 to 1998, earning a Doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine.
