Nathan Yates

Nathan Yates currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Treaty Oak Clean Energy. Prior to this, Nathan held the position of Senior Development Manager at RWE Renewables where he was responsible for the development of utility-scale solar+storage and wind energy farms. With a background in law, Nathan has also worked as an Attorney/Property Manager at Thirtyleaf Ventures, LLC, and as an Associate Attorney at Logan, Cook, & Beery, PLLC and Barrett Daffin Frappier Turner & Engel, LLC. Nathan's expertise lies in managing land agreements, mineral leases, title reviews, and legal compliance in the energy and real estate sectors. He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Texas Tech University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
