Lucie Loutrage

Lucie Loutrage currently serves as Responsable du développement RH at Trecobat Groupe, a position held since January 2024, focusing on professional training, recruitment, integration, professional interviews, and GEPP. Previously, Lucie spent nearly eight years at Les Amitiés d'Armor as Gestionnaire RH Hygiène Sécurité, overseeing professional training for 800 employees, occupational health and safety, social relations, personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, and HR development while also engaging in statistics and reporting. During this time, Lucie acted as the referent for harassment and sexist behavior, disability, and served as a mentor for HR apprentices. Earlier roles include being Adjointe à la DRH during a maternity leave replacement, Chargée de Ressources Humaines at Awel Intérim CDD CDI - Groupe Ergalis, and Assistante RH at Manpower France. Lucie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IAE BREST (2011-2013).
