Ricky Santoso

Ricky Santoso is an experienced professional in the fields of application development, research, and commercialization, currently serving as the Application Development & Commercialization Manager at Tredegar Corporation since July 2014. In this role, Ricky manages a pipeline of R&D projects focused on premium co-extruded protective film products for the optical display market, successfully driving the development and commercialization of new product platforms in collaboration with Fortune 500 clients. Previously, Ricky held positions as a Research Scientist at Tredegar Corporation, an Advanced Development Engineer at The Haartz Corporation, and a Senior Research Engineer at Saint Gobain Performance Plastics, contributing significant expertise in material science, rubber compounding, and innovative product development. Ricky earned both a Ph.D. and a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Science & Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
