Amber Rencher

Amber Rencher is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various roles. At Sundance Mountain Resort since December 2015, Amber has held positions as Human Resources Information System Specialist, Payroll and Benefit Specialist, HR Generalist, and HR Administrator and Payroll Clerk. Prior to this, Amber worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Utah State University, assisting a professor with research related to social media and job interviews. Amber's experience also includes serving as Office and Accounts Manager at Amasyn, where responsibilities included designing an inventory system and managing payroll for multiple employees. Earlier work experience includes a receptionist position at Roy Vision Center, where Amber handled customer service and appointment scheduling. Amber holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Utah State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution.
