Ahsan Saleem

Ahsan Saleem has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ahsan currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Tree Top Hospital, a role they took on in 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Special Project Manager at the same company, starting in September 2016.

Before joining Tree Top Hospital, Ahsan worked as a PADI OW Scuba Instructor at DiveClub Maldives from October 2011 to February 2012. Ahsan also worked as an Island Host at Conrad Maldives, a property under Hilton Worldwide, from May 2009 to March 2010.

In 2008, Ahsan worked as a Front Office Management Trainee at Hilton Seychelles Northolme, and prior to that, they held the position of Kitchen Operations Trainee at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in 2007.

Ahsan also has experience working at College Du Leman as a Service Staff member from January 2007 to May 2007. Ahsan started their career in the hospitality industry as a Rooms Division and F&B Trainee at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in 2006.

Before that, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Maldives Association of Tourism Industry for a brief period in 2006, and as a Front Desk Agent at the Maldives Tourism Promotion Board from November 2004 to January 2005.

Ahsan Saleem has a Swiss Hotel Association Diploma in Hotel Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Ahsan then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Hotel and Resort Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School from 2010 to 2011. In 2012 to 2013, they completed their Master's degree in International Tourism and Hotel Management from Southern Cross University. Additionally, Ahsan has obtained certifications in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in 2023, as well as Emergency First Response Instructor and Open Water Scuba Instructor from PADI Europe in 2011.
