Julio Sepulveda is a seasoned construction and project management professional with extensive experience in overseeing high-end hospitality and large-scale development projects. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Amenities at Treehouse Builders, Julio has previously held senior positions at PWI Construction, Inc. and Thor Urbana, where notable achievements include managing the development of Montage Los Cabos, a five-star resort project with a total investment of USD242 million. With expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management, Julio has consistently delivered projects within budget and on schedule.
