Gordon Potter is an experienced sanitation and production management professional with a comprehensive background in the food industry. Currently serving as Sanitation Manager at Golden State Foods since December 2020 and as Sr. Sanitation Manager at Torn and Glasser since June 2017, Gordon Potter has demonstrated expertise in developing training programs that significantly reduce costs and downtime. Prior roles include Production Manager/Interim Plant Manager at TreeHouse Foods, where leadership in a large facility resulted in improved sanitation processes, and Supervisory roles at Conagra Snack Foods, overseeing sanitation and production functions in a sizable unionized facility. Gordon Potter began the career in various production line positions at Ralcorp Holding Inc. from 1990 to 1999, building a strong foundational understanding of operational processes.
