Victor Medina Heierle

Victor Medina Heierle, PhD, is a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at Treelogic, focusing on software development in computer vision and robotics while serving as a technical lead and mentor. Since August 2016, Victor has worked as an Independent Researcher, applying machine learning and computer vision to everyday challenges, particularly in color categorization and feature detection for face classification. Previous roles include Head of Software at MLabs Optronics, where Victor oversaw the development of computer vision tools for aeronautics, and postdoctoral researcher in industrial integration under the Torres Quevedo program. Victor's extensive educational background includes a PhD in Real Time Computing, Robotics, and Automation, as well as multiple master's degrees in Color in Informatics and Media Technology, along with engineering qualifications in Computer Engineering.
