Marquez, T Blacksher

Marquez Blacksher is the Implementation Manager at Treez, a position they have held since September 2019.

Prior to joining Treez, Marquez Blacksher was the Customer Success Manager at PetDesk from October 2016 to September 2019. In this role, they were responsible for improving customer experience and overall satisfaction by guiding successful and engaged use of the product. Marquez, also led the renewal process, prevented churn, recovered lost customers, and collected payment. In addition, Marquez provided consultative business analysis to Veterinary business owners, through quarterly reviews of integrated hospital and client data. Marquez, was also responsible for identifying key customer complaints and acting as a primary resource for product and support teams. Finally, Marquez built the Customer Success Team process and workflow through use of CRM. Marquez, assisted in training and coaching of new team members, delivered new product and feature releases, and provided personal technical support and feedback mechanism.

Before PetDesk, Marquez Blacksher was the Digital Marketing Sales Executive -SEO at GoSite from June 2016 to October 2016.

Marquez Blacksher’s first professional role was as a Logistics Broker/Buyer at C.H. Robinson from June 2015 to March 2016.

Prior to their professional career, Marquez Blacksher was a Strength and Conditioning Facility Instructor at the Multnomah Athletic Club from November 2014 to October 2015.

Marquez, T Blacksher earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Exercise Sports Science, Fitness & Nutrition from Oregon State University.

They work with Alex Ling - Implementation Manager, Nick Muniz - Implementation Manager, and Alex Conklin - Implementation Manager. Marquez, T Blacksher reports to Ryan Boyle, Manager of Implementation.
