Juliana Rubiano-Groot has a diverse work experience in various roles. Juliana started their career as a Journalism Intern at Revista Cerosetenta in 2018. Later, they worked as a Paralegal at Muñoz Tamayo & Asociados Abogados from August 2018 to April 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Teacher Assistant at Universidad de Los Andes. In 2019, they joined DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán as a Paralegal in the Corporate Dispute Management department, and later became an Associate in October 2020. Currently, they are working at Treinta, where they started as a Legal Analyst in January 2022 and was promoted to Legal Manager in September 2022. Juliana currently holds the position of Legal Lead from January 2024 onwards.
Juliana Rubiano-Groot earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad de Los Andes, which they attended from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Colegio Santa María from 2001 to 2014 and obtained a High School Diploma.
