Alex Chang

Alex Chang has a diverse work experience in logistics and supply chain management. They started their career as a Service & Sales Assistant at Unite Students in 2015. They then worked as a Warehouse on-site Liaison and Warehouse Manager at WinIT UK Ltd in 2015-2016, where they were responsible for logistic and supply management, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, and coordinating with eBay Enterprise. From 2016-2019, they worked at DECATHLON FRANCE as a Supply Production Leader and Transport Manager, overseeing operational aspects such as shipment management and SOP maintenance, as well as management tasks including international transport market mapping and 3PL/4PL management. In 2020, they joined CMC Materials as a Logistics Manager, Taiwan, where they led the team in negotiating logistics contracts and supported the ISO certification process. Currently, since 2021, Alex is working as a Global Logistics Manager at Trek Bicycle, leading a team of 3 and overseeing daily logistics operations, developing standard operating policies, and optimizing global logistics processes at origin.

Alex Chang completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Public Policy Analysis at National Chi Nan University from 2008 to 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Political Economy at The University of Sheffield.
