Ananda Armani

Ananda Armani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career as a Bolsista de Iniciação Científica at PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from March 2007 to December 2009. They then worked at TMSA - Tecnologia em Movimentação S/A as a Estagiária de RH from January 2010 to January 2011, followed by a role as an Analista de RH from January 2011 to January 2014. Next, they joined Grupo RBS as an Analista de Recursos Humanos Pleno from February 2014 to June 2015, and later became a Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos from July 2015 to July 2016. They were also a Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos at ContaAzul from November 2017 to January 2019, where they were responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Ananda then joined OLX Brasil as a Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition from February 2019 to July 2019, followed by the role of Human Resources Manager - Business Partner from August 2019 to December 2020, and finally, as a Sr Human Resources Manager - Business Partner from January 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People at Trela starting from May 2023.

Ananda Armani completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Sciences from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul in the years 2006 to 2010. Ananda then pursued a Post-Graduation course in Strategic Leadership of Business and People at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2012 to 2013. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in Administration and Business with a specialization in Strategy from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, spanning from 2015 to 2017.
