Letícia Borges Galli

Letícia Borges Galli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Letícia began their career as an Auxiliar Administrativo at the Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Belo, where they worked in the Arrecadação e Tributos department, handling taxpayer inquiries and negotiating debts. Letícia also worked in the Protocolos department, drafting and forwarding documents to the relevant departments.

Following this, Letícia held internships at the Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP, where they gained clinical experience in the Ambulatório de Impulso Sexual Excessivo and Ambulatório Pró-Mulher. Letícia also participated in research projects and therapy groups at the Universidade de São Paulo, focusing on psychosocial studies, interventions for women experiencing gender-based violence, and therapeutic workshops for children and teenagers witnessing intrafamily violence.

Additionally, Letícia worked as a CLAPP participant at Escola Politécnica da USP, contributing to the Competição Latino Americana de Projetos e Protótipos. Letícia was also involved in providing psychological support as part of the Plantão de Atendimento Psicológico at Departamento Jurídico XI de Agosto.

Most recently, Letícia joined Lojas Marisa as an intern, where they worked in the Business Partner and Atração departments. Currently, they are working as a People Associate at Trela.

Letícia Borges Galli pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their enrollment in the Bacharelado program in Obstetrícia at USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2017 to 2018. Letícia then transitioned to the field of Psicologia and obtained their Bacharelado degree from the same university from 2018 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Letícia obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Letícia received the RH Data Driven certification from Numera - People Analytics in December 2021. In November 2021, they earned the Kanban Essentials Professional Certificate from CertiProf and in October 2021, they obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from the same institution. Letícia also participated in various professional development programs and acquired certifications such as "O Valor da Igualdade: O que nós ganhamos com a Inclusão?" from Casa do Saber in July 2021, "Employer Branding na Prática" from Gupy in June 2021, and "Conepsi - Congresso da Revista Neurociências & Psicologia" from Revista Neurociências & Psicologia in April 2021. Moreover, they completed the "Introdução à Gestão de Recursos Humanos" program from Fundação Getulio Vargas in January 2021, and the "Recrutamento e Seleção para Alta Performance 2.0" program from Gupy in February 2021.
