Mahmoud Issa

Mahmoud Issa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mahmoud started their career at Vodafone in 2010 as a Radio Frequency Engineer. In 2009, they joined Rite Aid as an Associate Account Manager, where they worked until 2012. Mahmoud then joined EMC in 2012 and held various positions including Change Management Engineer, Subject Matter Expert in Data Engineering, and Regional Product Lead in Global Services. In 2016, they moved to Dell Technologies as a Manager in Global Services and worked there until 2019. Currently, Mahmoud is the Head of Egypt, Saudi, and Pakistan Centre of Operational Excellence at Trella.

Mahmoud Issa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication & Electronics Engineering from The German University in Cairo, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they acquired certifications in ITIL Foundations in March 2013 and Information Storage and Management in May 2012.
