Pauline Harb

Pauline Harb has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Pauline is currently the Head of Strategic Projects and Process Excellence at Trella since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Strategy & Business Support Manager at UAS International Trip Support from March 2021 to August 2021. From June 2020 to December 2020, they served as a Strategy Advisor at KIMS Microfinance and Takalam (start-ups). Before that, they were the Head of Strategy & Project Management at Energetske prenove d.o.o (start-up) from March 2018 to May 2019. Pauline also worked at Leica Microsystems as a Global Product Manager from May 2014 to September 2016. From May 2009 to December 2012, they held the position of Senior Business Consultant at Shift Technologies - AWRostamani Group. Pauline'scareer began at KPMG as a Consultant in Risk Advisory Services from August 2006 to November 2008.

Pauline Harb obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with an emphasis in Finance (minor in Psychology) from the American University of Beirut. Pauline attended the university from 2002 to 2006. Afterward, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD, graduating from the December 2013 class.
