Karthik Ramachandra

Karthik Ramachandra is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager and Operations Manager at Trelleborg Group since May 2021, Karthik has previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at Molex from November 2018 to May 2021. Karthik's earlier career includes a role as Group Leader/Senior Engineer-Projects at Indo-US MIM Tec Pvt.Ltd. from September 2013 to November 2018, where responsibilities included managing continuous improvement projects and leading corporate lean initiatives. Additionally, Karthik served as a Production Engineer, supervising the entire production process in the ISP department and coordinating cross-departmental activities. Karthik’s career began at Armstrong Fluid Technology as an Engineer-QA from July 2012 to August 2013. Karthik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, earned in 2012.
