Katarina Olsson

Katarina Olsson currently serves as SVP General Counsel & Secretary of the Board at Trelleborg Group since May 2022, overseeing Legal, Risk Management, Insurance, and Environment while being a member of the Executive Management team. Prior to this role, Katarina was General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Beijer Ref from October 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Legal, Human Resources, Sustainability, and internal Communication functions. Experience also includes serving as Managing Director at Wacht & Troy AB, Founder and Partner at GOKO Consulting AB, and Director of Risk Management and Corporate Legal Counsel at ICA AB. Early career positions involved roles at Ericsson as Corporate Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel, along with experience as a Law Clerk at Malmö District Court. Katarina holds an LLM from Queen Mary and Westfield, London University, and a Master of Law from Lund University.
