Ricardo Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ricardo started their career as an intern at Deutsche Bank, working on internal controls. Ricardo then worked as a finance and economy journalist for Media Capital, where they played a crucial role in the launch and success of the Metro newspaper. Ricardo joined Procter & Gamble as a finance manager and later became a senior finance manager and key account manager, delivering financial targets and implementing successful marketing strategies. Ricardo then moved to Mondelēz International, where they held multiple roles, including commercial finance director and director of sales finance, spearheading business growth initiatives and leading the integration of Cadbury. Oliveira later joined Energizer Holdings as a director of finance, overseeing international distributor markets and international modern markets. Ricardo currently holds the position of vice president finance health and medical at Trelleborg Group. Oliveira has also served as a board member and non-executive director of finance at Surfing England. Throughout their career, Oliveira has demonstrated strong financial expertise, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
Ricardo Oliveira completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 1995 to 2001. Ricardo then pursued and obtained an MBA in Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, Ricardo also obtained Advanced Diplomas in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2020.
