Andrew Perry

Andrew Perry has extensive work experience in property management. Andrew currently holds the position of President at Trellis Mgmt., which they assumed in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Property Management at Trellis Mgmt. from June 2020 to April 2021. Before joining Trellis Mgmt., Andrew was the Assistant Director of Property Management at Premier Housing Management from December 2019 to June 2020. Andrew also served as the Senior Regional Property Manager at Nationwide Housing Corporation from April 2018 to December 2019 and as the Regional Property Manager at Premier Housing Management from October 2015 to April 2018. Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Multi-Site Manager at Aeon from November 2012 to October 2015 and as a Property Manager and Caretaker/Maintenance at N&G Properties from June 2007 to November 2012.

Andrew Perry attended Century College from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting, and Related Protective Services. Prior to that, they attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College in 2007-2008 and studied Liberal Arts and Sciences. Additionally, Andrew has obtained certifications such as CPM Candidate from IREM Minnesota Chapter in 2020, Certified Occupancy Specialist- COS from the National Center for Housing Management in 2016, Certified Residential Manager- CRM from the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) in 2014, and Crime Free/Drug Free Housing from the Minneapolis Police Department in 2011.
