Kevin Hernández

Kevin Hernández has been working in the software engineering industry since 2014. Kevin started as a Freelance, self-employed in 2014, then moved to Investigador de laboratorio at Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira in 2013. Kevin then became a Full-stack Developer at FácilMédica in 2016. In 2018, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Apploi and then moved to Gorilla Logic in 2021 in the same role. Finally, they are currently a Senior Software Engineer at Trellis Law since 2022. In addition to their work experience, Kevin has also presented at PyCon Colombia in 2020 and 2021. In 2020, they presented "Y is X but X is not always Y: an introduction to python internals" and in 2021 they presented "Behave yourself! a better way to do testing".

Kevin Hernández completed their Ingeniería degree in Ingeniería informática from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira between 2010 and 2018. In 2014, they attended Northwestern University for a Fundamentals of Digital Image and Video Processing course. Kevin also attended Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México for a Pensamiento cientifico course in the same year. Between 2011 and 2012, they completed a Sufficiency in the English language course from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira. Additionally, they completed a GraphQL with React: The Complete Developers Guide course from Udemy Academy.
