Dr. Mo Gholami

Dr. Mo Gholami currently serves as General Manager at Trench Group, a position held since April 2024, and previously held the same title at Siemens Energy from October 2020 to April 2024, where significant contributions included leading design and process engineering teams, overseeing digitalization initiatives, and enhancing interdepartmental communication. Earlier roles at Siemens involved specializing in mechanical and acoustical engineering, leading cost-out projects, and developing innovative sound barrier solutions. Dr. Gholami earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Acoustics from Université de Sherbrooke, along with a Master’s degree from the same institution. Additional experience includes research and teaching assistantships at GAUS and market research analysis at IBBC. Education has also been pursued at ESMT Berlin and the University of Toronto.
