Prior to this position, Ramya worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Qube Cinema from April 2006 to June 2020. Ramya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and a B.Sc in Chemistry from Meenakshi College For Women.
