Dr. Jaye Lynn Peabody Smith DMIN, MPA, MDiv, MS, LPC, CPCS is a distinguished academic and mental health professional with extensive experience in higher education and counseling. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Baptist Seminary of Kentucky and an Adjunct Professor at Trenholm State Community College, Dr. Smith also holds the position of Executive Pastor at Redemptive Life Christian Fellowship, where strategic leadership and effective ministry implementation are key responsibilities.
