Marie-Zoe Beaugrad

Marie-Zoe Beaugrad is the Chief of Staff and Resource Officer for Trescal Canada. Marie-Zoe has over 20 years of experience in leadership, management, innovation, and project management.

Marie-Zoe began their career as a Chargée de missions marketing stratégique for Danone. Marie-Zoe then worked as an Assistant Product Head for Unilever before moving on to URGO Group where they spent 9 years as the Director of Consulting & Change Management. During their time at URGO Group, Marie-Zoe was responsible for transversal projects, innovation, change management, operational efficiency, consulting, and organisation.

In 2009, Marie-Zoe founded BIVOUAC CONSEIL, a consulting firm where they served as the Founding Chairman. Marie-Zoe then joined CentraleSupelec in 2010 as a lecturer in the Leadership Management & Innovation department. Marie-Zoe has been with Trescal since 2017 and in their current role as Chief of Staff & Resource Officer, they are responsible for leading and managing the company's resources.

Marie-Zoe Beaugrad has a Master of Engineering from AgroParisTech in Human Health & Nutrition and Molecular Biology. Marie-Zoe also has a Master's degree in Political Sciences, Economy & Finance from Sciences Po. Additionally, they have a certification in Governance and Board of Directors / Gouvernance & Administrateurs de sociétés from IFA Institut Français des Administrateurs. Finally, they have certifications from HEC in Coaching and from OPP in MBTI.
