Jessica Larosa

Jessica LaRosa is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in managing high-profile hotels. Currently serving as Managing Director at Trestle Studio since November 2022, LaRosa previously held the position of General Manager at Esmé Miami Beach from September 2020 to November 2022. Prior roles include Director of Rooms and Director of Front Office at The NoMad Hotel New York, where LaRosa oversaw a large team and managed operations based on revenue forecasts and financial reporting. LaRosa’s career began at the Bowery Hotel, progressing from Reservations Supervisor to Front Office & Concierge, and includes key roles in the opening of The Ludlow Hotel. With a background in operational leadership, LaRosa has developed strong industry relationships and a deep understanding of hotel management dynamics.
