Ryan Bean

Ryan Bean is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as Managing Director of Development at Trestle Studio since September 2023, where the focus is on content arbitrage through branding and design. Prior roles include Vice President of Development at InHouse and Dovetail + Co, as well as at the Sydell Group, where expertise in creating unique hotels was developed. Additional experience encompasses positions at General Assembly, New Urban West, Inc., The Kor Group, SBE Entertainment Group, Urban West, and DR Horton, demonstrating a strong foundation in project management and urban planning. Ryan Bean holds a B.S. in Urban Planning and Development from the University of Southern California.
