Briana Hills has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and industries. Briana most recently worked as a Key Account Manager at Trevena, Inc. starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. for six years as a Therapeutic Specialist from May 2016 to April 2022.
In 2014, Briana embarked on a self-funded philanthropy venture called Hills and Company, LLC. During this venture, they partnered with non-profit programs in Morocco, Lombok, Bali, Argentina, El Salvador, and Belize, raising $4,000 for donations and needs-based resources. Briana also collaborated with various organizations on projects such as revising a sales and marketing plan, crowdfunding campaigns, and building homes and fostering community relationships. Prior to their philanthropy venture, Briana worked at Actavis plc (now Allergan) as a Senior Sales Representative Specialty Brand Sales from March 2010 to June 2014. In this role, they managed multiple product portfolios in specialties including Urology, Endocrinology, Women's Health, and Dermatology.
Before Actavis plc, Briana worked at Cbeyond as a Senior Account Executive and later as the Minneapolis Branch Manager. During their time there from November 2006 to June 2009, they were responsible for managing customer accounts, meeting sales quotas, and promoting IP-based products and mobile phone accounts. Briana excelled in their sales performance, consistently ranking highly in monthly and national sales.
Earlier in their career, Briana held a role as a Midwest Sales Assistant at Entrepreneur Magazine from June 2004 to May 2005.

Briana Hills attended the University of Iowa from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Journalism. In 2003, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Newcastle, focusing on Journalism. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work" from LinkedIn in May 2021.
