Thomas Klercke has extensive work experience in the field of project management and customer experience. Thomas is currently serving as the Vice President of Project Management at TREW, a position they took on in September 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Director of Customer Experience at TREW from February 2019 to September 2021.
Before joining TREW, Thomas worked at Intelligrated for several years. Thomas started at Intelligrated in 2012 as the Senior Director of LSS Mods. & Upgrades. Additionally, Thomas has experience as a System Project Manager at FKI Logistex, where they worked from September 2006 to April 2008. In this role, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather customer requirements, develop project scope, and ensure timely project completion. Thomas was also involved in contract evaluation, change order communication, proposal development, and regulatory compliance monitoring.
Thomas Klercke has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Aarhus University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Leave No Trace Trainer certification from the Leave No Trace Center For Outdoor Ethics, and a Wilderness First Aid certification from NOLS - National Outdoor Leadership School. Thomas also has the iLead Executive certification from Xavier Leadership Center, a Certificate of Completion in AMA's 5-Day MBA Workshop from the American Management Association, and a Certificate of Completion in Communicating Up, Down and Across the Organization and Developing Executive Leadership, both from the American Management Association. Lastly, they have a certification in Negotiations: A Human Relations Approach from Dale Carnegie Training, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
