Brenda K. Lovcik

Brenda Lovcik is an experienced financial leader currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Trex Company since October 2023. Prior to this, Brenda held the position of VP Finance for Global Products & Global Supply Chain at Johnson Controls from August 2022 to October 2023. Brenda's extensive tenure at Medtronic from 2011 to 2022 included roles such as Senior Vice President, VP Finance for Global FP&A, VP Finance and CFO for the Cardiac and Vascular Group, and VP of Finance for Brain Therapies. Earlier in Brenda’s career, positions included Director of Finance at Carlson and Senior Manager at KPMG LLP. Brenda holds a BS in Accounting from St. Cloud State University and an AA in Business from North Dakota State College of Science.
