Linda Blythe

Linda Blythe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Compensation, Benefits, & HRIS Manager at Trex Company since May 2021. Prior to this role, Linda held several key positions including VP of Human Resources at Grafton Integrated Health Network from January 2007 to May 2021, Regional HR Director at APAC from December 2005 to December 2006, and Director of Operations/Benefits Consultant at CCS/EDIFY between February 2002 and October 2005. Linda also contributed as Sr. Manager of Benefits Operations & Systems at AutoNation from 1996 to 2001 and as Director of HR at Park Foods, LLC from 1992 to 1996. Linda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa, completing the degree between 1978 and 1982.
