Sachin Sardiwal

Sachin Sardiwal is a Global Alpha Researcher at Trexquant Investment LP since April 2020, focusing on research in the global equity and futures markets to develop trading strategies. Previously, Sachin worked as a Software Engineer at Toppr from July 2020 to April 2021 and served as a Quantitative Research Consultant at WorldQuant from September 2016 to August 2019, where responsibilities included researching financial literature to uncover new trading signals and analyzing multiple datasets for market inefficiencies. Additionally, Sachin gained experience as a Research Assistant at Tomsk Polytechnic University in mid-2018, applying machine learning and image processing techniques to detect diseases in lung scans. Sachin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and a minor in Cognitive Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, obtained in 2020.
