Miguel Gonzalez is a Senior Gameplay Engineer at Treyarch since October 2022. Before that, they worked as a Gameplay Programmer at Relic Entertainment from October 2018 to October 2022. In 2018, they also served as a Software Engineer at Capcom Game Studio Vancouver for a brief period from August to September. Prior to that, they were a Programmer at Hothead Games from May 2016 to August 2018 and at Smoking Gun Interactive Inc. from January 2015 to May 2016. Miguel has experience as an Analyst Programmer at Corporate Mobile Solutions from March 2012 to June 2013, where they developed mobile applications for Blackberry and Android platforms, as well as web apps using HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery Mobile. Miguel also has experience as a Data Structures Tutor at Universidad Metropolitana - UNIMET from September 2010 to November 2011.
Miguel Gonzalez began their education by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 2006 to 2011. Afterward, they attended The Art Institute of Vancouver from 2013 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in Visual and Game Programming, focusing on computer games and programming skills. In addition to their formal education, Miguel obtained certifications in Gamification and Internet History, Technology, and Security from Coursera in October 2012.
