Eli Necaj

Eli Necaj joined Trez Capital in 2021 with experience originating and underwriting various commercial real estate finance investments, structuring and issuing fixed income securitized products, and providing capital markets solutions to institutional investors.

Prior to joining Trez Capital, Eli was most recently at Centennial Commercial Finance Group, where he was tasked with the origination and underwriting of highly structured commercial real estate debt investments. Previously, Eli worked at Wells Fargo in the commercial real estate capital markets group, where he focused on the origination, structuring, closing, and asset management of the platform’s esoteric asset financing products as well as the structuring, securitization, and issuance of commercial mortgage-backed securities and collateralized loan obligations.

Eli is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, and he received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Wesleyan University. While at Wesleyan, he won a gold medal at the National Invitational Rowing Championship as a rower on the Crew Team. He was also a member of the Economics Honor Society.
