Trevor McComb

Trevor McComb has extensive work experience in the field of database development and management. Trevor is currently employed as a Senior Database Developer at TRG Screen, a position they started in May 2023. Prior to this, Trevor worked for the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute as a Database Manager from July 2016 to May 2023, and as a Database Administrator from February 2009 to July 2016.

Before joining the Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute, Trevor worked as a Programmer/Analyst at the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland from September 1999 to February 2009. Trevor also worked as a Programmer at the Northern Ireland Civil Service from July 1996 to September 1999.

Earlier in their career, Trevor held the position of IT Manager at Grants Electrical Services from April 1993 to June 1996. Trevor also worked as a Contract Programmer at the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham from April 1992 to March 1993, and as a Programmer at Boulton & Paul Ltd from July 1988 to March 1992.

Trevor McComb received their education in Computer Studies from 1984 to 1986 at Portadown Technical College, where they obtained a BTEC ONC degree. Following that, from 1986 to 1991, they attended Norwich City College, where they pursued further studies in the field of Computer Studies and earned a BTEC HND degree.
