Mark Santin

Mark Santin, CPA, has extensive experience in financial leadership and advisory roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at TRGC since October 2022, Mark also acts as a Consultant/Advisor for Boson Protocol and provides Transaction Advisory Services in Mergers & Acquisitions at Triton Advisory Services since April 2017. Mark is the President of Mark Santin CPA Inc. and previously held the position of Vice President in the food industry from October 2015 to February 2017. Early career experiences include roles as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Valuations, as well as a Senior Auditor in Assurance at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton from September 2010 to June 2015. Mark's academic credentials include a Chartered Accountancy designation from CPA Canada, a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountancy, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy, all obtained from Concordia University, complemented by earlier education at Marianopolis College and Loyola High School.
