Mejin Guinta

Mejin Guinta has a work experience that spans over several years. Mejin started their professional career in 2002 at CU Fleet LLC as a Receptionist and Loan & Lease Terminations Clerk. Mejin'sresponsibilities included preparing loan documents, reviewing them for accuracy, and contacting customers regarding termination decisions. Mejin worked at CU Fleet LLC until 2006.

In 2007, Mejin Guinta joined Tri City National Bank as a Branch Manager. Mejin'srole involved supervising and training employees in customer service, opening and maintaining accounts, and cross-selling bank products. Mejin held this position until 2012.

From 2012 to 2015, Mejin Guinta served as a Senior Telephone CSR at Tri City National Bank. Mejin'sresponsibilities included assisting customers with inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent customer service, and providing guidance and cross-training to team members.

In 2015, Mejin Guinta took on the role of a Project and Call Center Manager, Operations Officer at Tri City National Bank. Mejin held this position until 2019.

In 2019, Mejin Guinta transitioned to the role of AVP - Deposit Operations Project Manager at Tri City National Bank. Mejin'sresponsibilities included implementing changes for new and existing products, features, forms, and processes.

Most recently, Mejin Guinta has worked as the VP Deposit Operations Manager at Tri City National Bank since September 2021. In July 2022, they assumed the position of VP Application Services Manager.

Throughout their career, Mejin Guinta has demonstrated strong management and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Mejin Guinta started their education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2003 and completed it in 2008. During this time, they focused on International Studies/Pre-Law. After a break, they returned to school in 2011 and attended Bryant & Stratton College in Milwaukee until 2012. In this period, Mejin pursued a field of study in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
