Jerry Bleck

Jerry Bleck is a seasoned professional in public safety communications with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at PSAP Concepts & Solutions since 2010, Jerry specializes in 9-1-1 PSAP consolidations while also holding the position of Treasurer for PCS LLC. Jerry's previous roles include serving as an Administrative Consultant for Kane County ETSB, where contributions included chairing the ETSB Board from 2001 to 2009. As a founding member of the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), Jerry has significantly shaped emergency number standards and practices, earning a place in the NENA Hall of Fame. Further involvement includes leadership positions in the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) and various consultative roles focused on tactical interoperability communications. Jerry holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Aurora University and an AS in Law Enforcement from Waubonsee Community College.
