Kelly Cardoso

Kelly Cardoso is a highly motivated professional with over 20 years of experience in supporting special needs individuals and their families, including a decade dedicated to working with autistic individuals. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Tri-County Care CCO since July 2021, Kelly has also worked as a Care Manager Supervisor at the Head Injury Association from December 2015 to December 2023 and held the position of Director of OPWDD Community Based Services at Independent Support Services from November 2010 to December 2023. Additionally, Kelly has experience as a Start up/Support Broker and Job/Community Developer as an independent contractor since August 2011. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Dowling College (1988-1990) and coursework at Hunter College (1993-1994).
